Marty's began as a grocery store and small pizzeria on Bluemound Road in Brookfield in 1957 owned by Martin and Angie Skibosh. In the years to come both Marty and Angie decided with the popularity of their pizza, to just run the entire building as a pizzeria and close the grocery store.

In 1980 Marty sold the pizza restaurant to the current owners. In 1982 Edward and Richard became partners in the second location in Delafield. Now decades later the two locations have grown into a company locally owned and operated with over 100 employees.
