Est. 1957

Where It All Began

Marty's began as a grocery store and small pizzeria on Bluemound Road in Brookfield in 1957, owned by Martin and Angie Skibosh. In the years to come, both Marty and Angie decided — with the growing popularity of their pizza — to run the entire building as a pizzeria and close the grocery store.

The Skibosh family poured their love of great food and community into every pie they made, building a legacy that would endure for generations.

Growing the Family

Delafield & Beyond

In 1980, Marty sold the pizza restaurant to the current owners. In 1982, Edward and Richard became partners in the second location in Delafield.

Now decades later, the two locations have grown into a company locally owned and operated with over 100 employees — still serving the same recipes and homemade goodness that made Marty's a Wisconsin institution.
