Marty's began as a grocery store and small pizzeria on Bluemound Road in Brookfield in 1957, owned by Martin and Angie Skibosh. With the growing popularity of their pizza, they transformed the entire building into a pizzeria.
In 1980 Marty sold the pizza restaurant to the current owners. In 1982, Edward and Richard became partners in the second Delafield location. Now decades later, the two locations have grown into a company locally owned and operated with over 100 employees.
